BI-WEEKLY LESSONS

Indoor lessons run twice a week for 30 minutes at the same time and place. Lessons run for one month at a time (8-lessons).

At the end of the one month, a report card is given, along with a certified Life Saving Society Badge after successful completion.

Our VV Aquatics (VVA) programming focuses on development of fundamental swim stroke mechanics and skills that is customized to each learning type. VVA lessons focus on building a genuine love and respect for the water while overcoming any fears associated.

Minimum age: 4 years old.

SUMMER INTENSIVES

Lessons run Monday-Thursday for a 2-week period (8-lessons) at the same time and place.

At the end of the two-weeks, a report card is given, along with a certified Life Saving Society Badge after successful completion.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:

STEP 1: CREATE A CUSTOMER PORTAL ACCOUNT

STEP 2: ADD SWIMMERS TO THE ACCOUNT

We teach swimmers from 2 years old and above. We also accommodate lessons to adult seniors (please call 416.659.4992 for more details). If you are the swimmer, please add yourself under the section.

STEP 3: ADD PAYMENT INFORMATION

This will speed up the checkout process.

STEP 1: CLICK BOOKING

STEP 2: SELECT 1 SWIMMER

Even if you are enrolling multiple swimmers, you must only select one swimmer at a time.

STEP: 3 SELECT YOUR FILTER

You can filter by PROGRAM (indoor/outdoor lessons), SESSION (month), DAYS (for indoor M/W or T/TH) or availability.

Note: The more filters selected limits the number of options.

STEP 4: CHOOSE A CLASS

Once you find a class that works for you, click on it and select register now! Then, click Add to Cart. Once this is added to your cart you have 10 minutes to complete payments.

If you are enrolling multiple swimmers, after the first class has been added to cart, repeat steps 1 through 4 above.

Note: If you are unable to add that class to your cart, this is due to your swimmer’s age. Reminder that swimmers under the age of 2 are not able to register. For an exception questions, please call 416.659.4992 to discuss your options.

STEP 5: PAY NOW

Once you have enrolled your swimmers(s) click on Pay Now to proceed.

After you complete the payment please check your email. You should receive a confirmation email with all your registration details. If you do not see it, please check your junk mail.

FOLLOW STEPS 1-4 ABOVE

Once you have added the first class to cart, you can proceed to add additional swimmers.           

STEP 5: SELECT ADD BOOKING

Select the additional swimmer you would like to enrol. Then continue the same process until all swimmers are booked.

Note: Classes remain in your cart for 10 minutes, so check out within this timeframe.

STEP 6: PAY NOW

Once you have enrolled all of your swimmers, click PAY NOW to complete the process.

Registration Fee & Sessions: $350, plus tax.

VVA lessons focus on building a genuine love and respect for the water while overcoming any fears associated. Although rate of progress will vary depending on the individual; in most cases, what our swimmers learn within the timeframe of our sessions, is equivalent to on average of 6-months worth of alternative group lessons.

We recommend coming dressed to swim under their clothing. Flip flops are encouraged for wearing around the pool deck.

Goggles are encouraged as they improve your swimmer’s enjoyment for the water.

Missed Class Policy: If an individual misses a lesson, there will not be a make-up opportunity and there will be no refund for any classes missed. 

Late policy: Instructors will not stay after a scheduled lesson to make up time caused in the event of tardiness. Lessons are cancelled if the swimmer does not show up within the first 15 minutes of the scheduled time. 

Cancelled Classes:  Should VVA Cancel a lesson on our end, we will be in-touch regarding this.

Cancelling a Full Session:  30-days notice is required to cancel your booked lessons. A full refund, minus a $40 processing fee, will be applied. Contact us to arrange this: info@vvaquatics.ca.

Cancelling a full session if you booked less than 30-days Before the Lesson Start date: If lessons are booked less than 30-days out to the lesson start date, there must be a minimum of 2-weeks cancellation notice. 50% of the lesson cost will be refunded, minus a $40 processing fee. There will be no refunds for cancelation requests 2-weeks before the lesson start date.
